Crimson Dynasty Payment Policies

 

You will receive a completely personalized vacation based upon your schedule, dreams, and desires. As such, each vacation will result in many differences. To keep your trip as simple as possible, we have developed a payment plan that makes every charter easy while incorporating your individual requests. We strive to make your charter as close to “all inclusive” as we can but still give you the flexibility to create an everlasting dream vacation.

 

As a recreational bareboat charter employing a captain and crew, you are required to have separate contracts and payments. A “Recreational Bareboat Charter Agreement” will be with Crimson Dynasty Enterprises, LLC for the actual boat. In addition, a Vessel Services Agreement will be made with Bradenton Crew Charters, LLC for the crew.

 

Please read the “Recreational Bareboat Charter Agreement”, the “Vessel Services Agreement”, and this page carefully to fully understand what is included and what is not included.

 

The two agreements will be as close to all-inclusive as possible. For purposes of “all-inclusive”, the Charterer shall be responsible for the operating costs, including, without limitation, all fuel costs for the Vessel, its tenders, and all watersports equipment; berthing dues and harbor charges, including customs formalities and harbor, pilot, and divers’ fees; charges for water and electricity taken from shore and any charges for waste disposal; ships’ agents’ fees, where applicable; national and local taxes, as applicable; food, beverages, personal laundry, and communications costs; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request; any captain and crew, including accommodations and food, retained by the Charterer.

 

Payment for special requirements or equipment, shore transport or excursions, or any other expenses not customarily considered part of the Vessel’s Operating Costs will be required to be paid immediately upon requesting them.

Tipping your crew is NOT INCLUDED.

 

Boat Charter

a. Upon booking a charter, the Charterer will be required to pay a non-refundable initial payment of $5,000.00 and a security deposit of $1500.00.

b. The remaining portion will be required to be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the charter

c. Any additional or special requests will be due immediately, if not already included.

 

Crew Employment

a. 50% of the Vessel Service Fee will be due upon booking

b. The remaining 50% of the Vessel Service Fee will be due no later than 30 days prior to the charter.
